We are looking for:
A structural engineer or architect for
1. Permit and implementation planning
Tasks:
- Involvement in planning (service phases 3-5 of the Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers in Germany (HOAI)) for structural engineering projects (cost group 300 of DIN Standard 276)
Requirements:
- Completed degree in architecture or structural engineering
2. Tendering and Awarding
Tasks:
- Production of tendering documentation and quantity determination (cost groups 300/500 of DIN Standard 276)
Requirements:
- Training as technician (building trade) or
- Completed degree in structural engineering and/or architecture
3. Construction Supervision
Tasks:
- GC (general contractor) and/or individual SC (sub-contractor) supervision (cost group 300)
Requirements:
- Completed degree in structural engineering and/or architecture
- At least five years’ professional experience in construction supervision
- Flexibility regarding location (construction sites throughout Germany)
- Driver’s licence (Class B)
- Proficiency in service phases 6 and 7 of the Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers in Germany (HOAI)
